Tyrone Brown

My name is Tyrone Brown and I am co-founder of Legacy Vertimax and I work in partnership with Legacy Athletic Performance. My job is in management and to create an atmosphere conducive for training athletes or non athletes alike to achieve ultimate peak performance.

Growing up my desire was always to jump the highest and be the fastest. As a former D1 collegiate basketball & football player there is nothing more exciting to me than watching athletes compete and excel at the highest level.

My background is in health, where I work full time as a certified registered nurse anesthetist. I thoroughly enjoy working and serving in this capacity. Not everyone can say they go to work and pass gas. I also serve as a JustServe specialist in which our mission is to promote volunteerism in the community.

In my free time I enjoy shooting hoops with my two teenage sons & daughter. I also enjoy wrestling & playing barbies with my 5 year old and going on bike rides with my wife.

When I’m not giving anesthesia, my passion lies in training and exercising my body. This passion has now spilled over to helping others do the same. So Join us at Legacy Vertimax and lets get it!
